These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to lawneco.shop/ and purchases from Lawneco. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

Display settings, manufacturer revisions, and ordinary production variations may cause minor differences. We may correct a material pricing or listing error before dispatch. If correction changes your order, we will ask for agreement or cancel and refund the affected item; we will not charge a higher amount without consent.

5. Orders and Acceptance
An automated order confirmation means we received the request; it does not by itself mean the order has been accepted or shipped. We may verify payment, address, identity, product availability, quantity, and compliance with these Terms. The sale is accepted when we dispatch the order or otherwise confirm acceptance.
We may limit quantities or cancel an order for unavailability, a material listing error, failed payment, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or another legitimate fulfillment issue. We will notify you and refund any canceled amount.
6. Shipping and Delivery

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Eligible defective and non-defective returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, including the 30-day return window, product-condition requirements, return method, fees, and refund timing. Those policies form part of these Terms.
8. Warranty

9. Product Safety and Use
Outdoor power equipment can cause serious injury or property damage. Read and follow all manuals, warnings, age restrictions, protective-equipment requirements, fuel and battery instructions, maintenance schedules, and local laws. Assembly, operation, repair, transport, and storage should be performed only by a person with appropriate knowledge and ability. Stop use if a product appears unsafe.
10. Accounts
If you create an account, keep credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by law. We may suspend an account used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.
11. Reviews and Submitted Content
If you submit a review, photo, question, or other content, you confirm it is truthful, based on your experience, and does not violate another person’s rights. You grant Lawneco a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display that content for store operation and promotion, subject to our Privacy Policy. We may remove unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, irrelevant, or confidential content. We do not require a positive review as a condition of support.
12. Intellectual Property
Except for third-party material, the website’s design, text, arrangement, and Lawneco branding are owned by or licensed to Lawneco and protected by applicable law. You may use the website for personal shopping and product evaluation. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission.

Payment and refund obligations already due are not excused.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in or serving Marion County, Florida may hear disputes, except where consumer law gives you the right to proceed elsewhere.
19. Severability, Waiver, and Entire Agreement
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the order confirmation, product-specific terms, and linked store policies form the agreement for website orders.
20. Changes
We may update these Terms for future use of the website. The version in effect when an order is placed governs that order unless a change is required by law or agreed by both parties. The update date appears at the top.
